Hello! My name is Spy Emerson, resident artist and mindfulness coach on Hugs Farm, a place dedicated to releasing stress and increasing internal happiness through the practice mindfulness and sitting meditation. As a passionate Mindfulness Coach, I teach clients meditation styles, breath work and body scanning techniques based on my own personal success as an 11 year twice daily practitioner.
Regular practice of these techniques change lives by reducing stress, calming anxiety and depression, while improving focus, awareness and communication. Mindfulness training has become a medically supported treatment for various disorders due to its great healing qualities. Transcendental Meditation is medically backed by science proving its benefits, and taught to first responders, veterans and people suffering with PTSD as treatment.
Continuing the theme of levity within my work, Hugs Farm is a place of respite from the world, that reveals the respite within oneself.
